(20 GHz Instruments)

Option 26 provides an attenuator which is placed in the RF output path of the instrument, providing up
to 110 dB of attenuation in 10 dB increments. This option has been incorporated into the main body of
the publication; a procedure or specification applies only to instruments with this option where a note
to that effect is included.
