Power Tip Mufflers

1.
Lay out Mufflers and make sure you have all required tools and parts. Now
remove your factory external rubber exhaust flap. Do not damage or throw
away , you will re-use it later.
2.
Now remove your existing exhaust tips. Make sure you save your old
hardware, as you will re-use it later to install your new Power Tips.
3.
Before you tighten down the mufflers, check for proper clearance from the
swim steps, steering bars, outdrives, etc.
(Do not over tighten or force !)
4.
Apply some RTV sealer for your gasket sealing surface. And install the Power
Tip Mufflers, aligning the existing holes up.
5.
Now that everything is tight, re-install your factory style exhaust flaps so you
will not void your factory engine warranty.
6.
We have supplied a copy of the California J2005 Law. We suggest keeping
this in your boat at all times.
