Installation of the front fork

Insert the front fork into head
tube and pull out the wire for the
front light from the head tube.

How to replace the lock
Prior to dismantling the lock
Remove front light from the head tube.(see page 1)
Remove front fork

Loosen the lock fixing bolt with
5mm Allen key.
Tightening torque: 4.9-7.8Nm

Pull out the lock
Step 2

Step 3: Repeat Steps 1~2 in reverse to install the new lock

Installation of the hook
Loosen
the cable fixing bolt.
Make sure that the quick release
of the brake is in open position.

Insert the front brake cable
through the hook.

Hold the front brake
cable and shifter
cable with hook.
These two cables
should parallel.
Step 4

Adjust the hook in the
suitable position.

After deciding how to lock the
bike, push the lock in and turn to
the lock position.

Adjust dials to let your
combination align with the mark.
