ATTENTION
If the machine remains abnormal after you check as above, please contact the local service
center or dealer to send servicemen to repair the machine promptly. Try to avoid the fuse
fusing or the leakage protector turning on and off back and forth.
Before maintenance, please check the following matters:

Failure
1) There is water flow out of the pressure relief opening of the drain valve:
When producing hot water, the cold water within the heat pump is heated and
expands, so there is water flow out of the pressure relief opening of the drain valve,
which is normal case.
However, if there is water extruding continuously, that means the drain valve loses
efficacy.
You should stop using the heat pump and replace the drain valve as soon as
possible.
2) The duration for heating a whole tank’s water becomes longer:
When the temperature is quite low in winter (e.g. 0ºC), the heat pump’s
performance of producing hot water will not be as good as usual, so the duration
for heating a whole tank’s water becomes longer.

a) Please check if you have set a timer.
2) The machine does not work:
a) To check if the power is on;
b) To check if the machine is turned off;
c) To check if the fuse is broken;
d) To check if the machine’s protection function is working (the indicating light
keeps glittery)
3) Performance of producing heat is not good:
a) To check if the air inlet and outlet are blocked..
