Do not use your EPAC to compensate for physical infirmity or lack of fitness.

NOTE:

Training to ride a bike can help you increase your riding safety and

improve your riding technique.

2.4.4 here are you allowed to ride your EPAC?



If you overload your EPAC by riding on roads, paths and slopes

for which your EPAC is not suited it is possible that parts of your EPAC

will break or fail. This can lead to dangerous riding situations,

falls and accidents.

You should only ride your EPAC on roads, paths and slopes which are

authorised for your model according to the following table.

NOTE:

The model name of your EPAC can be found on the frame or stated

in the delivery certificate.
