4 Parameter
settings
A detailed overview of all available parameters can be found in the manual SK 500E / SK 520E, BU0500. The
following only describes various selected and PosiCon function-specific parameters.

Attention:
Only functions relevant to PosiCon are listed here.

17:
Position current value
50:
Actual increment position value
Position actual value of incremental encoder
51:
Actual absolute Position value
Position actual value of absolute encoder
52:
Act. pos. difference
53:
Act. pos. diff. Abs./Inc.
Actual position difference (P631) between absolute and
incremental
encoder
54:
Act. pos. diff. cal./meas.
Actual position difference (P631) between calculated and
measured value of an encoder
Control parameters:
Only available in SK 520E / SK530E when using an incremental encoder. Connection, see Chapter 2.1.1 Colour
and contact assignments for the incremental encoder.

This parameter activates speed control with speed measurement via an incremental
encoder. This leads to a very stable speed behaviour up to motor standstill.

NOTE:
For correct function, an incremental encoder must be connected (see
Chapter 2.1 Incremental encoder connection) and the correct pulse number
must be entered in parameter P301.
P301
Incremental encoder
SK 520E
Input of the pulse-count per rotation of the connected incremental encoder.
If the encoder rotation direction is not the same as the FI, (depending on installation and
wiring), it can be compensated for by selecting the corresponding negative pulse
numbers 8...16.
