• The problem has been caused by fire or
another type of natural disaster.
• The problem has been caused by impro-
per installation, repair or configuration.
9 Liability
The product has been designed and manu-
factured for the functions described in this
manual. Any other usage is considered to
be improper and can cause damage to the
product or to persons. In such a case, the
manufacturer cannot be held liable. The ma-
nufacturer will assume no liability for damage
attributable to the following:
• When the safety, operating and main-
tenance instructions contained in this
document have not been followed.
• When installation was not performed
correctly.
• When spare parts are installed, which
are not approved by the manufacturer.
Liability for the use of such replacement
parts lies fully with the person installing
the parts.
• Normal wear and tear.
8 Warranty
INFORMATION
Outside Germany, the warranty is covered by
the warranty regulations of the country in which
the system was sold. In such a case, please
contact the dealer in your home country.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact
your dealer or a company representative.
The product has a 2-year warranty from the
date of purchase by the original buyer, to the
extent that the product was free of defects at
the time of delivery.
In the event of a defect occurring during the
warranty period, the product will, on presenta-
tion of proof of purchase, be repaired using
replacement parts within a reasonable time-
frame or replaced with the same or similar
model.
To file a warranty claim, please send the
product, together with proof of purchase,
to the dealer from whom the product was
purchased.
You will not be charged for any material or
wage costs. Due to the possibility of a parcel
being lost or damaged, we recommend send-
ing it well-packed by registered post.
Warranty claims for repairs or replacement
are null and void when::
• The warranty period has expired.
• No proof of purchase is presented.
• The problem has been caused by impro-
per or careless handling, operation or
maintenance.
• The product has been operated with
parts not supplied or approved by the
manufacturer.
• Non-approved modifications have been
made to the product.
