CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING!
DO NOT clean the unit when it is hot. Wait until the cooker range has completely cooled down before
cleaning.
Cleaning The Cooker Range
• Wipe the glass panel with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Wash the burner racks and burner heads with warm water and detergent.
Changing The Battery
• Battery Box is located on the underside of the product. Open the door of battery box and change
the battery (DC1.5V x 1).
• Ensure polarity connection (“+” and “ -”) of the battery is correct.
Problem
No ignition
Gas valve not open or gas is
used up
Air in the gas tubing
Gas hose is bent
Injector is clogged
Ignition plug has soot or is in
wrong position
Flame holes of burner cap are
blocked by water or filth
Gas tubing has aged
Main fire of burner not lighted
Valve leak
Gas pressure too low
Ports of burner cap are clogged
Air hole is not properly adjusted
Open gas valve or change gas supply
Prolong ignition time and repeatedly ignite till air
is vented out
Straighten gas hose

registered gas installer (RGI) to clear blockage

to clear or adjust the plug

to change a new gas tubing
Re-ignite after the gas has dispersed
