Disk Full Error
The MAXX 2 cannot allocate sufficient
contiguous disk space to store print jobs
before printing.
Space becomes available when each
print job finishes. If the error persists
even after all print jobs are finished,
power should be cycled off/on.
DSP A Positioning
Error
The A-axis motor has synched out
resulting in an A-axis position loss.
Contact Gerber Field Service.
DSP Command NAK
There may be a problem between the
PC and the DSP card.

Synch Error
There may be a problem between the
PC and the DSP card.

DSP Dataseq Error
There may be a problem with the PC
and the DSP card.

DSP Fire Pulse Error
This error usually occurs when an old
version of OMEGA or GA has been used
to create the job. When the error is
detected, the job is discontinued.
Load the current version of OMEGA, re-
render the job and re-send it to the
printer.
DSP State Error
There may be a problem with the DSP
board or computer.

DSP Thermal Error
The print head is outside the legal range
of 0 to 60
o
C (0 to 140
o
F).

DSP Y Positioning
Error
The Y-axis motor has synched out
resulting in Y-axis position loss.

Error
The Z-axis motor has synched out
resulting in Z-axis position loss.

Edge Tracking Error
Check material for ragged or bent
edges.
Replace vinyl. If error still occurs, there
may be a bad sensor. Contact Gerber
Field Service.
Error Getting Data
Socket
Indicates a firmware fault, or a host –
MAXX 2 interface fault.
Cycle power. If error still occurs contact
Gerber Field Service.
Error Mounting Disk
There may be a problem with the
computer hard disk.
Contact Gerber Field Service.
Error Opening Data
Connection
This error indicates a firmware fault, or a
host-MAXX 2 interface fault.
Cycle power. If error still occurs, contact
Gerber Field Service.
Error Opening
TCOMP
The thermistor compensation table file
could not be opened.
Contact Gerber Field Service.
Error Reading Job
Data
The job file is corrupted or truncated.
Re-render the job and re-send it to the
printer.
Error Setting Voltage
The MAXX 2 printer cannot set the TPH
power supply to the correct voltage on
power-up.
Cycle the MAXX 2 power. If error still
occurs, contact Gerber Field Service.
Error Writing
EEPROM
Error occurs when writing to the
EEPROM on the TPH buffer board
