USB Troubleshooting:

Sometimes, for unknown reasons, the USB Serial Port cannot be found in Device
Manager. To troubleshoot this issue, run “Add/Remove Programs” from the Control
Panel, click FTDI USB Serial Converter Drivers, and then click the Change/Remove
button. A warning window will tell you that you have to unplug the USB cable if you
want to remove the drives. Unplug USB cable, then press “Continue” button. Restore
computer, then run VCP installation procedure again.
