Select "Static Forward" mode

3.

If a dialing prefix is required, user may check "Outside-line
Prefix" box and enter prefix number. For direct line,
dialing prefix is not necessary

4.

Enter the forward delay time in terms of seconds. Valid
delay time is between 0~30 seconds

5.

In "Skype Account or Speed-dial" box, enter the Skype
account or the speed-dial number to be forwarded when
there is an incoming SKYPE call

6.

In "PSTN Number" box, enter the telephone number to be
forwarded when there is an incoming SKYPE call

7.

When  the  above  settings  are  complete,  press  "save"
button to confirm static call forwarding.    When there is an
incoming  PSTN  (or  SKYPE)  call,  after  the  call  is  not
answered at the specified forward delay time, SKY01UA
will forward the call to the specified SKYPE user (or PSTN
number)
