9. 2850T-3850T configuration in  GF_eXpress

80703B_MHW_2850T/3850T_02-2019_ENG

9.3.2.  HW and functional options of the tar-
get not aligned with those of the configurator

If the HW and\or functional options of the target  are different 

from those of the configurator, the dialog box shown below 

will appear 

and configuration files may not be sent from the GF_eXpress 

to the target.

The user can only:

•  acquire configuration files from the target and import 

them into GF_eXpress

•  disconnect from the target and work offline   

•  Press the button at the top (see image below)

to view the options that must be activated in order to be 

compatible with the target (see image below)

Once the HW resources and functional options have been 

aligned with those of the target, it will be possible to send 

files from the configurator to the target (see image below)

When one of the three actions listed above has been 

completed, the user can start editing the various sections of 

interest in the configurator in order to save them on the PC 

or transfer them to the target.
