Motor / Motor brake

Carry out the maintenance and servicing tasks as follows.

Motor:

- Cleaning

- Clean the cooling air passages

Motor brake:

The motor brake is maintenance-free and cannot be adjusted.

Test the braking distance:



Load the platform with 110% of the permissible load capacity.



Move up approx. 2m, subsequently move down.



Stop the platform (press the

STOP

button).

Overrun of the motor brake must not exceed 35 mm.

Gear box:

Minimum every six months

- Check for operating noises for possible damage to bearings

- Visual inspection for leakage from the seals
