Instructions for use
POWERING ON AND PAIRING
Press button for 3 seconds to turn speaker on.
After 5 seconds the speaker will enter pairing
mode and the blue LED will flash fast while it
looks for bluetooth enabled devices.
If unconnected after 2 minutes the blue LED will
flash slowly in idle mode. Press for 3 seconds
to restart pairing mode.
CONNECTING TO YOUR DEVICE
Start your Device’s Bluetooth function, find
“GEAR4 HP Go!” and choose [if asked for
password, please enter “0000” and confirm].
PAIRING SUCCESSFUL
When paired the unit will ‘beep’ once, and LED
will change to solid blue.
AUTO PAIR THE LATEST DEVICE
If you power on the speaker it will pair with the
latest connected device automatically and the
LED will be solid blue.
PAIRING TO A NEW DEVICE
Long press button for 3 seconds or just
disconnect from phone side, the speaker will
go to pairing mode with blue LED flash fast for
2 minutes.
AUX-IN
When a Aux-In cable is attached the LED will
change to solid green. The Bluetooth function
will be disconnected. In Aux mode, volume
buttons on speaker will not work.
VOLUME UP
Press or hold the ‘+’ button. At maximum
volume the product will ‘beep’ once.
VOLUME DOWN
Press or hold the ‘–’ button. At minimum volume
the product will ‘beep’ while the button is held
down.
SPEAKERPHONE
When a call comes in the music will pause and
the unit will ‘ring’. For speakerphone function,
press to answer the call.
Press to end the call or end the call on the
phone. When the call finishes the music will
start again.
BATTERY BACK-UP
To charge a device connect a USBA cable to the
speaker and the other end to your device. The
speaker will deliver a current of 1 Amp.
TO POWER OFF
Long press button for 3 seconds, the LED will
turn off.
AUTO-CONNECT WHEN OUT OF RANGE
AND INTO RANGE AGAIN
After losing connect through being out of range,
the speaker will enter auto-connect status with
solid blue LED for 10minutes. The speaker will
keep trying to connect to the last device. After
10minutes, the speaker will go into idle mode
with blue LED flashing slowly.
