6.6 Assembly of Contra CN
Assemble the CN bearing housing in this way:

1. Push the angular contact ball bearing 0326.00
onto the shaft 0211.00.
2. Push the spacer ring 0504.00 onto the shaft
0211.00 so that it is positioned loosely against
the contact ball bearings 0326.00.
3. Push the circlip 0932.01 over the shaft 0211.00.
4. Push the inner ring of the cylindrical roller bear-
ing 0327.00 onto the shaft 0211.00.
5. Push the circlip 0932.00 over the shaft 0211.00
so that it is positioned loosely against the inner
ring of the cylindrical roller bearing 0327.00.
6. Push the outer ring of the cylindrical roller bear-
ing 0327.00 into the bearing bracket 0331.00.
7. Push the V-ring 0507.03 onto the shaft 0211.00.
8. Assemble the bearing cover 0360.00 by using
the hexagon head screw 0901.03.
Torque: M6 - 8 Nm | M8 - 17 Nm.
9. Push the shaft into the bearing bracket 0331.00.
10. Push the V-ring 0507.04 onto the shaft 0211.00.
11. Assemble the bearing cover 0360.01 by using
the hexagon head screw 0901.04.
Torque: M6 - 8 Nm | M8 - 17 Nm.
12. Push the V-ring 0507.02 onto the shaft 0211.00.
13. Push the V-ring 0507.00 onto the shaft 0211.00.
14. Mount the guard 0686.00 by using the pan head
slotted screw 1002.01.
15. Insert key 0940.01 into shaft 0211.00.
16. Optional: Push the shroud support ring 0517.01
onto the bearing housing 0330.00.
17. Push the coupling half 0840.00 onto the shaft
stub.
18. Secure the coupling half 0840.00 with grub
screw 0904.00.
19. Optional: Install support foot 0183.00 by using
the hexagon head screw 0901.21.
