USB Footswitch
If there are any issues with the USB Footswitch, try this:
•
Ensure that the USB plug is plugged into one of the USB connectors on the rear side of the
VIVID E9.
•
Verify that the software configuration is set up for the Footswitch (
Config > Imaging > Application
screen
).
•
Try a replacement USB Footswitch.

USB Device(s) stopped working
If a keyboard and mouse, or other equipment, not intended for connection to the VIVID E9, has been
connected to any of the USB connectors on the front of the VIVID E9, all the USB devices may stop
working due to an overload condition.
The workaround is to use one of the USB ports on the External I/O.
