Rhythm and
Morphology Report
(RMR)
Shows the following parts:
• The upper part of the report is text, such as the
measurements or interpretation.
• The central part of the report is six to eight columns of
two rows of medians printed at 25 mm/s.
• The lower part of the report is three rows of waveforms
printed at 25 mm/s (resulting in 10 seconds of rhythm).
There are six columns for 12-lead records and eight
columns for 15-lead records. This results in a one page
report.

Expanded Median
Shows the following parts:
• The upper part of the report is text (including the
measurements but not the interpretation) and the
measurement matrix, which is the measurements for
each lead in the record (12 or 15 lines).
• The lower part of the report is:
• Four columns by three rows of medians at 50 mm/s
for 12-lead records
• Four columns by four rows of medians at 50 mm/s
for 15-lead records
• Medians printed at either 10 mm/mV or 20 mm/mV.
The medians can have vertical tic marks added at
the wave onsets and offsets (pon, poff, qon, qoff,
and toff).
There is no space in this report to print the interpretation.
This results in a one page report.
