1. Remove the battery as described in

“Battery Replacement”

2. Turn the unit over so the bottom side is up and remove the two Torx fasteners

shown in the figure below.

3. Turn the unit right side up and press the writer button and raise the top of the

unit.

4. Remove the five Torx fasteners from inside the paper tray.
