Replacing the Pillar Rear Cover (Part of FRU Kit No. 2043952-001)

Follow the instruction given below to replace the Pillar Rear Cover. Also refer to section 6.3,
Dismantling hood.

Instructions to replace Pillar Rear Cover:

Remove pillar rear cover by removing the screws (Qty 6). Refer to, 6.3, Dismantling Hood.

Replace the existing cover with a new one.

Fix back fasteners M5 button head screw (Qty 6) with washers.

Replacing the Cable Harness FRU (FRU Kit No. 2043950-001)

Note:

Prior to returning a warmer to use after performing repairs or calibration, always perform

the service checkout procedure and electrical safety check.

Replacing the Cable Harness

Separate the power inlet from plate.

Remove the ground cable and the ground stud.

Disconnect the connector from J2.

Replace the old plate power inlet with a new one.

Reconnect the connector to J2.

Reconnect the ground cable and the ground stud.

Connect the power inlet cable.

Fasten the plate power inlet with screws.

11.

Fix the pillar rear top cover.
