Allows the user to set the mode of operation for the Line ports. The
following modes are available:

CBW-4

The Line port(s) are cabled to 86432-41 OC-3 JMUX or
OC-12/OC-48  JMUX  unit  CBW  port(s)  in  CBW-4  mode
of operation.  The maximum bandwidth supported in this
