Protocol parameters

Programmable parameters

Ettan IPGphor 3 can store up to ten protocols. Programmable protocol parameters include:

•

Duration and temperature of the rehydration phase.

•

Duration, temperature, and power parameters for up to nine IEF steps for each pro-
tocol.

•

Power parameters including maximum current, voltage, and voltage change pattern.

Please refer to the 2-D Electrophoresis, principles and methods guide for sample handling
recommendations and protocol guidelines. The permitted range of values for each pro-
grammable parameter is listed below.
