Monitor or interact with the run
using the System Control module
You can follow your ongoing method run in the System Control module.
If you need to interrupt your run, use the Hold, Pause, or End buttons in the System
Control toolbar. A held or paused method run can be resumed by clicking the Continue
button in the System control toolbar, or the Pause and Continue button on the instrument
control panel.
When the method is completed, the run stops automatically. The pump stops, the valves
return to their default positions, and the result is saved.
Which panes are visible in the System Control module can be customized in View. To
further customize these panes, use the following steps.
