All the module frames and mounting struc tures shall be grounded according to
regional and national elec tricit y regulations. Use recommended hardware to connec t
grounding cables and fasten to the Module frames.
While using the metal struc ture, make sure the sur face of the system have been
elec troplated to keep a good conduc ting circuit.
Use suitable grounding conduc tors to connec t the Module frame to the mounting
struc ture. This can achieve proper grounding effec ts.
The grounding conduc tor must be connec ted to ground via an appropriate grounding
elec trode. It is recommended to use lugs to connec t the grounding cables. If it is only
mechanically connec ted to a grounded module without bolts and nuts, the mounting
system should be grounded as well.
First, peel the grounding cable to a proper length withot damage to the metal core. Then
inser t the peeled cable into the lug, tighten the screw. As shown in Figure 8, connec t the
lug to the aluminum frame with stainless steel bolts and connec tion components. The
recommended tightening torque for M3 bolts is 2. 3 N•m.
