To configure the e-mail notifications:

From the Main window, click SETTINGS . The Settings window opens with
the E-MAIL tab selected.

Enter the name or IP address of your e-mail server. This is the SMTP mail
server name. E-mail messages are sent to the e-mail server using port 25.
If your e-mail server is not configured to receive on port 25, e-mail cannot
function correctly.

If you want a signature appended to the message, click the check box and
enter the signature information in the scrollable window provided.

Enter the user’s e-mail addresses.
You can add as many as ten (10) e-mail addresses. Type the full e-mail
address, then click one or more of the check boxes for the type of events
you want the user to be notified about. The types of events include
Informational, Warning, or Error.
If you have more than five e-mail recipients, click the 6 - 10 button to
access the next five address blocks.

Click APPLY . A message tells you that the changes were successfully
completed.

Click CLOSE to exit.

Test the configurations by clicking TEST . A message tells you that the test
was successfully completed, and each addressee receives a test message
from the mail server.

Click CLOSE to exit.

Click CLOSE in the SETTINGS window.
