GC32FLEX TSI

GC32FLEX/TSI SAFETY AND OPERATION MANUAL

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CRIMPER

FULL OPERATING PROCEDURE OVERVIEW

e-Crimp™ setting on Tablet

Select hose type, size and coupling through the prompts on e-Crimp™ or

use a previously set up favorite.

Operating Overview

Set up the Machine as per initial set up instructions on page 20-21.

Load Dies

Load the required dies as specified by e-Crimp™ into the machine with

the Quick Change Tool. See page 40 for details.

Crimp Hose Assembly

Place the hose assembly into the crimper (Follow the procedure for

correct hose assembly process page 43).
Activate the crimper via the tablet or the foot pedal and wait for the

crimper to reach set point. The Crimper will retract automatically.

Measure Crimped Diameter

Remove the crimped assembly and measure across the flats as per

correct hose measuring procedure (See page 44 for details).
If the assembly is not within the specified tolerance, discard the fitting

and follow the calibration prompt as outlined on page 26-28.
