GC32FLEX TSI

GC32FLEX/TSI SAFETY AND OPERATION MANUAL

OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

Activate Crimper

To activate the crimper, use the

Green

crimp button

or the foot pedal.

Crimp Display

When the Crimp is active the display will indicate

that it is crimping.

Crimp Completed

When the Crimp is completed, the ‘Crimp

Completion Sound’ will activate. The crimp button

will change from

Green

to

Grey

and the head will

automatically start to retract.

Note:

The Crimp Function Via the Tablet or the Foot

Pedal, is blocked for 10 seconds after a Crimp is

completed. This is also indicated by the Retract LED

on the LED display.
