Temperature setting and control
Lighting
To get the best results from your appliance, follow these instructions:
•
Store bottles in the appliance only when it has reached the correct operating temperature.
•
It is best not to put uncovered liquids inside the device.
•
DO NOT introduce explosive objects, corrosive acids or liquids into the device.
•
DO NOT store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this
appliance.
•
DO NOT obstruct the fans inside the appliance.
•
Avoid opening the doors for prolonged periods of time.
•
DO NOT exceed the maximum loading of 25kg per shelf to avoid injury and damage.
•
The thermostat is located on the top front of the cabinet.
•
To reduce the temperature inside the cabinet, turn the thermostat knob clockwise, while
turning the thermostat counterclockwise increases the temperature.
- The temperature control is set at the factory, and it is recommended that any temperature
adjustment be carried out by a qualified technician.
•
Make sure the power plug is connected to the socket, then the device will be powered.
•
This unit is equipped with long-lasting, energy-saving LED lights in the cabinet.
•
The lighting can be switched on and off using the light switch (above the thermostat knob),
without having to switch off the refrigeration system.
WARNING: Do not turn the thermostat to its maximum(coldest) setting, as this may
cause the appliance to run continuously and ‘ice-up’. This will lead to a fault which
is excluded from the warranty.
If the cable does not reach the nearest socket, rearrange the layout, or ask a qualified electrician to
install a new socket. Never use extension leads or multiple adaptors.
•
In the event of a power failure, wait at least 3 minutes before restarting the unit to avoid
damaging the compressor.
If the appliance has not been stored or moved in an upright position, let it stands upright for
approximately 12 hours before operation.
