Steering lock (Option: Homologized)

The steering lock

is located on the underside of the lower triple
clamp.
The steering lock is used to lock the steering. Steering, and therefore
riding, is no longer possible.

Fuel tap

The fuel tap is on the left side of the fuel tank.
Open or close the fuel supply to the carburetor using tap handle

on
the fuel tap.
Possible states
• Fuel supply closed
OFF
–
No fuel can flow from the fuel tank to the
carburetor.
• Fuel supply open
ON
–
Fuel can flow from the fuel tank to the car-
buretor. The fuel tank empties down to the reserve level.
• Fuel reserve supply open
RES
–
Fuel can flow from the fuel tank to
the carburetor. The fuel tank empties completely.

Choke button (Option: Not homologized)

Choke

is fitted on the left side of the carburetor.
Activating the choke function frees a drill hole in the carburetor through
which the engine can draw extra fuel. This results in a richer fuel-air mix-
ture, which is needed for a cold start.
Info
If the engine is warm, the choke function must be deactivated.
Possible states
• Choke function activated
–
The choke lever is pulled out to the
stop.
• Choke function deactivated
–
The choke lever is pushed in to the
stop.
