Lay the motorcycle on its side and fill the oil filter housing to about

full with engine oil.

Fill the oil filter with engine oil and position the oil filter in the hous-
ing.

Oil the O-ring of the oil filter cover and mount it together with oil
filter cover

Mount and tighten the screws.
Guideline
Screw, oil filter cover M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)
–
Stand the motorcycle upright.

Remove filler plug

with the O-ring, and fill up with engine oil.

Too little engine oil or poor-quality engine oil will result in
premature wear of the engine.

Mount and tighten the filler plug together with the O-ring.

Danger of poisoning Exhaust gases are toxic and inhaling
them may result in unconsciousness and death.

Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation when
running the engine.
–
Use effective exhaust extraction when starting or run-
ning the engine in an enclosed space.
–
Start the engine and check it for leaks.

Add the same engine oil used when the last oil change was carried
out.

In order to achieve optimal engine oil performance, it is not
advisable to mix different engine oils.
GASGAS Motorcycles recommends changing the engine oil,
if necessary.
