RIDING INSTRUCTIONS 8

Avoid frequent and lengthy slipping of the clutch. This causes the

engine oil, engine and cooling system to heat up.

–

Ride at a low engine speed instead of at a high engine speed with a

slipping clutch.

–

If the oil pressure warning lamp

lights up, stop immediately, tak-

ing care not to endanger yourself or other road users in the process,

and switch off the engine. Contact an authorized GASGAS Motorcy-

cles workshop.

–

If the malfunction indicator lamp

lights up during a trip, please

contact an authorized GASGAS Motorcycles workshop as soon as

possible.

–

Quicks allows you to shift up in the speed range shown with-

out pulling the clutch lever.

If the quicks is activated, you can shift up and down without actu-

ating the clutch.
Because there is no need to close the throttle grip, uninterrupted gear

shifts are possible.
The quicks uses the shifter shaft position to check whether or

not a shift should be initiated, and sends a corresponding signal to the

engine control.
