Removing a departure procedure from the active flight plan:

1)

Press the

FPL

Key to display the Active Flight Plan Page (MFD) or the Flight Plan Window (PFD).

2)

Press the

MENU

Key, and highlight ‘Remove Departure’.

3)

Press the

ENT

Key. A confirmation window is displayed listing the departure procedure.

4)

With OK highlighted, press the

ENT

Key. To cancel the removal request, highlight CANCEL and press the

ENT

Key.

Or

Press the

FPL

Key to display the Active Flight Plan Page (MFD) or the Active Flight Plan Window (PFD).

2)

Push the

FMS

Knob, and turn to highlight the departure header in the active flight plan.

3)

Press the

CLR

Key. A confirmation window is displayed listing the departure procedure.

4)

With OK highlighted, press the

ENT

Key. To cancel the removal request, highlight CANCEL and press the

ENT

Key.

5)

Push the

FMS

Knob to remove the flashing cursor.

ARRIVALS

A Standard Terminal Arrival (STAR) can be loaded at any airport that has one available. Only one arrival can

be loaded at a time in a flight plan. If an arrival is loaded when another arrival is already in the active flight
plan, the new arrival replaces the previous arrival. The route is defined by selection of an arrival, the transition
waypoints, and a runway.

Loading an arrival into the active flight plan using the

PROC

Highlight SELECT ARRIVAL.

Key. The PROC – ARRIVAL LOADING Page is displayed.

Select a transition (if required) and press the

Select a runway (if required) and press the

ENT

Key. LOAD? is highlighted.

Key to load the arrival procedure.
