: The timer for the last interval plus the current rest 

(pool swimming).

: The current rate of travel.

Steps

: The number of steps recorded by the foot pod.

Stride Length

: The length of your stride from one footfall to the 

next, measured in meters.

Stroke Rate

: The number of strokes per minute (spm).

: The time of sunrise based on your GPS position.

Temperature

: The current impact (1.0 to 5.0) on your aerobic 

fitness.

: The Training Stress Score

 for the current activity.

: The elevation distance between your current 

position and the final destination. You must be navigating for 

this data to appear.

Vertical Osc.

: The amount of bounce while you are running. 

The vertical motion of your torso, measured in centimeters for 

each step.

Vertical Ratio

: The ratio of vertical oscillation to stride length.

Vertical Speed

: The rate of ascent or descent over time.

Vert Spd to Tgt

: The rate of ascent or descent to a 

predetermined altitude. You must be navigating for this data 

to appear.

VMG

: The speed at which you are closing on a destination along 

a route. You must be navigating for this data to appear.

Work

: The accumulated work performed (power output) in 

kilojoules.
