Place one end of the assembled frame in
the brackets on the wheel crossbar (F).
Line up the holes, insert a short end
support tube (C) into an end tube on the
assembled frame. Cover the connection
with a steel plate (L). For each hole,
insert an M8 x 65 mm bolt (CC),
through the
steel plate (L), through the assembled
frame, and into a nut (EE). Do not tighten
completely. Repeat this procedure for the
adjacent short end support tube (C).
Repeat the above procedure for the long
end support tubes (D) and the footed
crossbar (E).
Attach the short end crossbar (G) to the
short end support tubes (C) by inserting an
M8 x 50 mm bolt (AA) from the outside
through an M8 washer (FF), through the
short end support tube (C) and into the
short end crossbar (G). Do not tighten
completely. Attach the long end crossbar
(H) to the long end support tubes (D) using
the same procedure.
