equipment. Remember to use:

Do not wear loose clothing while working. Button up shirt cuffs and tuck in bottoms.
Electrical:

This lift contains high voltage within the control box and the mains harness running to
it. Remember to:

Lock out electrical mains with a tag and a personal padlock for which you possess
the only key

Shut off power while working on lift

Try to use one hand only for high-voltage measurements
a
Do not take high voltage measurements if the ground is wet or very damp
Mechanical:
±
Keep your hands and clothing away from the Drive area (around the motor and
gearbox). If you must service the Drive area of the lift, make sure that it is turned off
and locked off before servicing.

Watch for gears and moving parts
✔
Use at least two people to lift the Drive Box, Conveyance and Tube Sections. Use
caution while moving heavy components to avoid injury. Refer to installation manual
for approximate weights of components.
✔
Tie up the platform before commencing work beneath it.
