2.8 Securing the system so it cannot be turned back on inadvertently
WARNING!
Risk of death due to unauthorized or uncontrolled reactivation!
The unauthorized or uncontrolled reactivation of the Tool24 PickOne
goods issue system can result in injury or even death.
„ Before switching the system back on, make sure that all
safety equipment has been mounted and is functional and
check that there are no dangers to persons.
„ Always observe the sequence described below when
securing the system so that it cannot be turned back on
inadvertently.
Securing the system so it cannot be turned back on inadvertently
1. Shut down the system.
2. Remove the mains plug from the socket.
3. Place a clearly visible sign on the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system,
stating that work is being carried out in the danger area and prohibiting
the reactivation of the system. Make sure that the sign specifies the
following:

„Switched off at“ time , „on “ date
„ „Switched off by“ person responsible
„
„Do NOT switch back on!“
4. Once all work has been completed, install all safety and protection
equipment again.
5. Make sure that all safety and protection equipment is installed and is
functional.
WARNING!
Risk of death resulting from unauthorized reactivation of the system!
The unauthorized or uncontrolled reactivation of the power supply can
place persons in the danger area in mortal danger.

Before reactivating the power supply, always make sure that
there are no dangers to persons.
6. Remove the sign.
