Support of keyboards with integrated chip card reader
Use this mode of the USB-Splitter-2 to connect Cherry KS 1000SC or HP KUS0133 key-
boards to a compatible G&D user module.
Port A: Connect the keyboard with integrated chip card reader to this interface.
Mode:
Set the rotary switch to position
1

Keyboard:
Use one of the supplied USB connection cables to connect this interface to
a
Keyb./Mouse
interface of the user module.
Generic: Use one of the supplied USB connection cables to connect this interface to a
USB 2.0 interface of the user module.
NOTE: Connect the workstation mouse directly to a Keyb./Mouse interface of the
user module.
NOTE: Use a precision mechanic's screwdriver to adjust the rotary switch.
