WEIGHT DEFROST 

WEIGHT DEFROST automatically defrosts foods from the following chart. Press WEIGHT 
DEFROST,  the  display  shows

Suppose you want to defrost ground meat (2LB.5OZ.). 
1.  Touch WEIGHT DEFROST pad once,   
2.  Enter weight by touching the number pad 3,7.   
3.  Touch START/ADD 30 SEC pad. 

Note: 

 

After the last stage, small sections may still be icy. Let stand to continue thawing. 
Do not defrost until all ice crystals are thawed. 

            Use small smooth strips of aluminum foil to cover edges and thinner sections of the 

food. 

TIME DEFROST 

If  the  food  weight  is  exceed  the  maximum  weight  recommended,  you  need  to  defrost
