USER INSTRUCTION:
The thermometer is designed as a guide to measuring the temperature to /- 3 °C.
It is recommended to first recalibrate the thermometer. This is simply carried out by first removing the
plastic cover from the movement by pulling it away from the casing, then holding the coil movement
casing at the rear of the thermometer firmly and slowly twisting it in an anti-clockwise direction to read a
higher temperature and a clock wise direction to read a lower temperature.
Upon twisting the casing the pointer on the front will be seen to move and can be calibrated against a
known source, i.e. another thermometer.
Replace the movement cover with arrow facing upwards.
Thermometer readings should only be taken when the thermometer is in the shade.
