12 Timer function
Your appliance comes with various functions for setting
the cooking time.
12.1 Kitchen timer
You can use the kitchen timer to set a time of up to
minutes, after which a signal sounds. The kitchen
timer runs independently of all other settings and does
not automatically switch off a cooking zone.
Setting the kitchen timer

12.2 Stopwatch function
The stopwatch function shows the time (in minutes and
seconds (mm.ss)) that has elapsed since the function
was activated. The stopwatch function operates inde-
pendently of all the other settings and does not auto-
matically switch off a cooking zone.

13 Booster for pots
You can use the Booster for pots function to heat up
large volumes of water more quickly than with power
level 12.
This Booster for pots function is available for all cook-
ing zones, provided the other cooking zone is not in
use. If the other cooking zone is in use, and flash.
The appliance sets the power level to 12 without activ-
ating the Booster for pots function. In this case, turn the
control knob for the other cooking zone to 0.
In the flexible area, the Booster for pots function is act-
ive if you use the Flex cooking zone as a single cook-
ing zone.
