Home Connect

Manual registration in the home network

Note:

To log in to the home network (WiFi) manually,

you require the network name (SSID) and password
(key) for your home network.

Open the basic settings.

Switch to the general settings menu of your mobile
device and call up the WiFi settings.

Use the "Home Connect" SSID and the "Home
Connect" key to register your mobile device on the
hob network. It can take up to 60

seconds to

establish the connection.

After successfully connecting, open the Home
Connect app.
The app will now take a few seconds to search for
your hob. Once the hob has been found, you will be
prompted – if not already the case – to enter the
network name (SSID) and password (key) for your
home network (WLAN) in the corresponding fields.

Then press "Transfer to household appliance".

The hob is connected to the home network when
the

symbol lights up in the control panel.

The appliance tries to connect to the app
automatically.

You can then reconnect your mobile device to your

You can adjust Home Connect to suit your requirements
at any time.

In the basic settings for your hob, navigate to the Home
Connect settings to display network and appliance
information.
