How to use the ACCU-FISH
™
feature
The ACCU-FISH
™
feature requires connection to a compatible transducer (50/200-
1T).
The ACCU-FISH
™
feature outputs fish echoes with a mark and an estimated size.
Important considerations when using the ACCU-FISH feature
• The ACCU-FISH
™
feature is intended for reference purposes; it is not a completely
accurate measurement of fish length.
• Echo intensity depends on fish species. When the fish length differs between the
indicated length and the actual length, you can compensate the difference on the
[Calibration] menu. See section 4.8.4.
• Fish at depths of less than two meters cannot be measured. However, if [Zero Line
Rejector] is set to [On], fish within the area covered by the transmission line cannot
be detected.
