Align bottom crossbars (#5) and top panel (#11)
to the frames (#1,2), then secure by using bolts
(#J). Attach caps (#B) to the bottom of the frame
(#1,2).
Secure bottom panel (#16) to the crossbars
by using bolts (#I). Align small middle panel
(#17) to the bottom panel (#16), then secure
by using screws (#N).
