Connection to the Power Supply
1. Insert the appropriate plug of the power supply into a
mains socket (230 V, 50 Hz).
2. Then, insert the power supply into the jack of the
ComPoint Butterfly labeled Power .
3. The Power LED indicates whether the ComPoint is prop-
erly connected to the power supply.
After Successful Commissioning
After connecting the ComPoint to the mains power supply and
setting up a connection to your Ethernet, it is ready for use.
Note:
To adapt the radio client to already existing configurations of
wireless networks, specific settings of the communications
parameters are required.
Prerequisite:
To be able to configure these settings, you have to start the config-
uration via a browser. For this purpose, the ComPoint has to be
assigned an IP address via the artem ComPoint Manager
(artem_CPM.exe) (see
Section The Basic Configuration,
Page 1–15 ).
