Personal Emergency Signal (PES) Functions

Sensor test

Repeat the sensor test regularly while the radio set is logged in at the personal emer-
gency signal control centre. For this purpose, start the sensor test manually, see 
section "Activating the sensor test manually". If your personal emergency signal 
system is operated as per the specifications of the Employer's Liability Insurance 
Association (Germany), you are required to perform the sensor test at least once 
every 24 hours, see section „24-hour check“ (p. 138).

Activating the sensor test manually

Prerequisite:

Your radio set is not in the charger.

Perform the following steps:
