This guarantee does not replace or report on any damage caused in case this product has to be modified or adapted, in
order to respect national or local technical safety norms in a country different from the one where it had been manufactured.
3. The present certificate is not valid if series number or model have been changed, cancelled, or have been made unreadable.
4. The present guarantee does not cover the following points:

Regular maintenance and parts repair or replacement due to normal wear;

Those changes and adjustments to the product without the written authorization by Fumagalli Srl and different from the
ones given in the user manual.
- Damages of the product, caused by:
Inproper use, particularly:

Product use for different aims from the given ones, or use without respect of Fumagalli Srl user
manual and terms.
-
The use of the product in a way that, in the country where it is used, does not correspond to safety
and technical norms.
-
Unsuitable or innappropriate set-up.
b- inproper and not suitable cleaning or maintenance;
c- repairing by unauthorised Cervice Senters, or by customers themselves ;
d-Faults, accidents, changes to set up processes or wrong packing, use of non-original spare parts;
e-Faults, water, fire, high tension, not necessary and regular electrical supply, unsufficient air and all other situations
that are not Fumagalli Srl reponsabilty;
f- System defects, linked to this product;
g-Use of spare parts produced by another manufacturer and not
in compliance with Mitico product.
5. The above guarantee does not cover products used and showed during exhibitions, business meetings, seminars or similar
events.
6. Fumagalli Srl and authorized distributors are not responsible for damages caused by things, animals or people by their own
environments.
The above guarantee is limited to legal rights of users in compliance with the current valid national laws and to the contract
between the user and the retailer.
