GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
Fumagalli products are made according to the most modern technologies. Product parts are of top quality and grant stability
for a
long time
.
In case the product
shows lack of
quality materials or processing, under normal conditions, we will then destroy and replace it in
compliance with the guarantee guidelines.
In case you bought Miitco in the European Union members, you can take the damaged/faulty product to one of the official
Fumagalli distributors together with the guarantee certificate.
In case of purchase outside the European Union, refer to the retailer where you directly bought the seating system.
VERY
IMPORTANT
: Do not forget to show the guarantee certificate together withinvoice or purchase receipt provided by the retailer.
GUARANTEE
With the above guarantee, Fumagalli Srl guarantee this product won’t give any faults in materials and production for 2 years from
the date of purchase.
Fumagalli cannot allow any other guarantee on the product; therefore, the customer must test, in this certificate, the respect for
this norm.
In case product material or production faults arise during the guarantee term, Fumagalli Srl or the offical distributor will repair the
product itself; replace or repair the faulty part without any charges and according to the guarantee conditions (after being checked
by Fumagalli srl).
Fumagalli Srl reserve the right to replace and
change
the parts of faulty units (after necessary controls),
or
to replace the product,
in case it cannot be repaired anymore.
Fumagalli Srl guarantee nothing more than what is written in this certificate.
TERMS
1.
In order to be provided with all guarantee services, the following documents have to be enclosed with the certificate:

Your name and complete address;

The invoice of the EU-supplier where you purchased the item, with the purchase date on. OR
-
The complete name and address of your supplier, where the product was purchased;

The series number and model of the item.
Fumagalli Srl reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement under guarantee, if the above listed documents are missing or if
products have been changed and modified since the purchase date.
