6.8 CF Cards
No. Symptom Check Remedy
Check if the icon appears in
the lower right of the screen.
Reinsert the CF card.
Test the CF card in the
maintenance menu. (

If the test result is OK, the CF card is
defective and should be replaced.
Check the detection signal (pin 10
and 77 on IC61) input to the CF
card connector.

defective and should be replaced.
1 The error message
"CF card write error"
appears.
Check the +3.3 V power supply
(pin 22 and 43 on IC61) on the CF
card. (

If the +3.3 V signal is not detected,
FET (Q58) is defective and should be
replaced.
2 The error message
"Data write to the CF
card now" appears. Wait until the write operation
completes. If the error message does not go out,
the data may be corrupted. Replace
the CF card. Consult our head office
for information on repair of damaged
cards.
Check if the icon appears in
the lower right of the screen.
Reinsert the CF card. 3 The error message
"File read error"
appears.
Patient data cannot be found from
the ID. In the file mode, check if
there is any past data for that ID. Use CF cards containing past data.
Check if the icon appears in
the lower right of the screen.
Reinsert the CF card.
Test the CF card in the
maintenance menu. (
