Before the check procedure, back up the setup data and patient data on a CF
card.

1. External Appearance, Accessories
01 Appearance Visually check the exterior for
scratches, cracks, and deformation. No scratches, cracks, and
deformation should be found on
the exterior.
02 Cables Visually check the exterior for
scratches, cracks, deformation, and
rust. Neither damage nor broken wire
should be found.
03 Operation Manual
/Instruction
Check that accompanying
documents such as Operational
Manual or instruction are stored in
specified location. Should be stored in specified
location.

2. Power Supply Part
01 Ready LED display Check by connecting the power cable
of the main unit and turning the switch
ON/OFF.
Check that the Ready LED
lights up.

3. Display, Control, Record
01 Label Visually check the Rating Label of this
unit and Caution Label. Should be neither peeled nor
stained nor unclear.
02 Operation, Switch Check by controlling the membrane
sheet key.
Operation and switch should
operate properly.
03 LED display Check that the LED of the membrane
sheet lights up. The display should light up
properly.
04 Buzzer Tone Pressing the key of the membrane
sheet, check that the buzzer sounds. The buzzer tone should
properly sound.
