The periodic check may be performed by your institution, be entrusted to our service representative, or
performed by an agent upon concluding a "Maintenance and check contract".

[Periodic Check List] and [Periodic Check List (Safety check)] are included at the end of the chapter.
If any result in the periodic check sheet is "No good", the overall judgment is "No good". Respond
appropriately for the items marked as "No good".
Do not use the equipment until all the items are marked as "Good".
