5.1.1.15 ether recovery limit
Function
Set the upper limit number of linkdown times.

Syntax
ether <number> recovery limit <limit>
Options
<number>

ether port number
Set a port number to use with a decimal value.
When setting multiple port numbers, separate them with commas (,).
When setting sequential numbers, separate them with hyphens (-). (Example: "1-8")
<limit>
•
Number of linkdown times
Set the upper limit number of linkdown times, for the ports to go offline, with a decimal
value from 1 to 10.
Use Mode
Configuration mode (admin class)
Explanation
Set the number of times for linkdown as the upper limit for the relevant ports to go offline.
When the upper limit has been exceeded, the log is output to the SYSLOG and the ports
are offline.
Caution
•
If ports are offline, release them with the
command with port releasing.
•
When offline ports are released by with
command, the number of times for
linkdown is reset to zero again.
Default
The ports are not offline during linkdown, assuming that there is no upper limit.
